刪除 HK Call Car 帳戶
Delete your HK Call Car account

已登入用戶可在 App 內前往「我的帳戶」→「刪除帳戶」。系統會要求交易 PIN 驗證及第二次確認。

Signed-in users can open “My Account” → “Delete Account” in the app. Transaction PIN verification and a final confirmation are required.

會刪除或匿名化 / Deleted or anonymized

• 聯絡資料、個人檔案、登入識別及上載身份／車輛文件
• Contact details, profile data, sign-in identifiers, and uploaded identity/vehicle documents

可能保留 / May be retained

交易、積分、訂單、安全、法律及爭議處理所需紀錄可能在必要期間保留，並盡量減少個人識別資料。

Transaction, points, order, security, legal and dispute records may be retained for a necessary period with personal identifiers minimized.

剩餘積分、VIP 權益及其他數碼權益會失效且不退款。Remaining points, VIP benefits and other digital entitlements will be forfeited without refund.
